Meet The Chef
Tukata Bird has been a chef for over 30 years and has carefully developed her multi award winning products, with recipes passed down from her mother who served at the royal palace, in Bangkok. Though Tukata is known for her Thai cuisine, her French, German, Chinese and Italian dishes are wildly praised. She loves cooking with natural, locally sourced ingredients and frequently harvests from her own farm.

It is hard to pick a favorite dish. Everything I have eaten is delicious. That is why I like the variety of menu items. It gives me a chance to try new things. The dishes I look forward to the most, however, are the German dishes. But it is not just the food that keeps me coming back. It is the warm, friendly people that treat you like family.
